The first thing to do is to make sure that they are still set correctly by going through the settings in the Keyboard Shortcuts. Refer to the following for general information on customizing the Keyboard Shortcuts:
Global Settings Menu: Customize Keyboard Shortcuts (Global Settings menu)

If you are using a 3rd party tool for hotkeys, then you would need to work with that vendor to figure out what might be happening.

Are you asking me to reset my hotkeys?

No, we asking you to check to ensure that they are still setup properly. What we want to know is if the Keyboard Shortcuts are setup, but are not working, or did you lose the setup for them?

We cannot help with keyboard shortcut problems. Most usually these are at the operating system level. Review all of the information we have here:

Folks, I'm not asking you how to setup the keyboard shortcuts. I suggest you read the question. When I updated to the new version many if my keyboard shortcuts stopped working. How do I get back to the version that it was working on or can someone help me fix that?

We have asked you for the information we need back. Are your keyboard shortcuts no longer setup correctly, or are they simply not working?

If they are not setup correctly any longer, then you can try going to a backup of your keyboard shortcuts. Refer to the following instructions, except that you will want to copy the file named KeyboardShortcuts4.config:

It is not unusual that users have problems with keyboard shortcuts due to operating system level behaviors and other programs affecting them. This is simply not something we can help with. And it is not a version specific issue.

Seems like you guys don't want to address an bug? Do you think its a bad idea to understand why this happened rather than just throwing it back to the customer and stating that it's just the customers problem? Something happened with the configuration file during the update, if you cannot figure what happened just say it as is or ask for some log file to look into it (if that's possible).
