I am connected to data feed, but the chart stopped on Friday. I have the current version, subscription paid. Why is the sierra chart stuck?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". I didn't do anything, it has been working for an hour up to now. However, there is still a lack of data from today, until recently.
