I am using CQG bundle through AMP Futures. I can't get it activated for some reason. Can you check my account and let me know what I need to do in order to get my data feed working? Is there another subscription on top of this CQG data feed I need to buy through Sierra to get everything working? Let me know. Thanks.

Your Sierra Chart account which you have logged into this Support Board with is expired. So we know what Sierra Chart account you are using, go to Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart desktop program and then post in this thread telling us this is done.

You are still logged into the Sierra Chart website and posting from the same account. The account you are posting from is expired. Is this the account that you are asking about?

If you have a different account, then you need to login with that other account's information.

This is the only account I have. It was a trial account. Do I need to sign up again since the trial expired?

No, sorry, we were just confused by your question and the expired account.

So the first thing you need to do in order to get your data feed working is to not have an expired account. Refer to the following for how to renew access to Sierra Chart to get setup with a Service Package:

Once you have an active account, you should be getting the same data as you were before. So if you were getting CQG data, then you should be getting that data again.

I did do this and made a payment and set up a renewal plan for the payment. Can you verify it worked and I am set up now?

You have it setup properly, but it looks like it is just going to take a day or two for the payment processing to get taken care of. We have gone ahead and given you 3 days of Package 5 to get your through this period of waiting for the payment to go through.

So you should be active now and getting your data from CQG.
