Hi,

I am really struggling. My CME is delayed again. I have logged in with my CME account and reverted back to my Sierra account but it is not showing me live data? Any help would be really appreciated.

You should be getting real-time data for the EUREX.

The problem with the CME Group is that your exchange selection failed to renew on May 1 since you did not have enough funds in your account. Ensure you have enough funds by going to the following page and adding funds as necessary:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit

Then you can reactivate the exchange by going to the following page and scrolling down to the bottom and selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange:
