You should be getting real-time data for the EUREX.

The problem with the CME Group is that your exchange selection failed to renew on May 1 since you did not have enough funds in your account. Ensure you have enough funds by going to the following page and adding funds as necessary:

Then you can reactivate the exchange by going to the following page and scrolling down to the bottom and selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange:
