Hello,

I have a funded trading account at Edge Clear, clearing through Dorman.
If I want to switch to using your Denali datafeed (Eurex only) plus order routing service, I am aware that there is a surcharge of 0.10 USD per contract to be paid to you.
I aslo understand the cost of the software + Denali datafeed (Advance package with advanced features and Denali, i.e. package 11 with discount for 6 months).

I know that I am going to activate Eurex, i.e. pay 21 USD - and here is my question. Currently the exchange fee is displayed on my statements from Dorman.
Can you please confirm that I am not going to pay the Eurex exchange fee twice, one to you and one to Dorman?

Thank you.
Regards,
Hana

You would need to tell Dorman that you do not want the EUREX data through them and they should stop the data feed for you.

We have heard that in order to trade EUREX using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service through many of the brokers that they want to charge an extra fee. We want you to be sure you know all of your costs, so we recommend you ask Edge Clear or Dorman about whether there is an extra fee to trade the EUREX with them using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.

Thanks a lot for pointing that out to me. I asked, it would be at least 250 USD per month.
Unrealistic.
All the best.

Hello,

Today, a message appeared when I started Sierra Chart, a part that is of interest to me is this:
- 2021-06-03: Effective July 1, 2021, the new highest quality EUREX EOBI real-time and historical data which is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed will be required to be used for all Sierra Chart users requiring real-time EUREX data in Sierra Chart. This is the very best EUREX data feed which is not offered anywhere else.

Could you please confirm that if I do not have your Denali data feed for EUREX as of July 1, you will prevent me from trading via Sierra?
Because as discussed above based on your own warning that brokers charge extra fee (which is 250 USD per month) I have no clue how to proceed. Does it mean that because of your change in your policies, I will have to stop trading?

Regards,
H.

The statement does not have anything to do with your trading. It is just that you will need to get the EUREX data from us through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You will find the Setup Instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_EUREX

However you are currently trading the EUREX can continue as it is.

The SC EUREX order routing service wont get released before near the end of this year or early next year. Having an AMP account and desperately waiting for the CME order routing, how do i trade the EUREX in the meantime, once CME routing is released?

If you are with AMP then you should be able to use CQG to trade EUREX. Check with them to make sure.

Also, be aware that we will be requiring that you get the EUREX data from us:

If you are wanting to use our Direct CME Order Routing, then yes, that would be what you would need to do for the time being.
