Not receiving Denali

I signed up for package 11 yesterday + Denali and CME full book and went through singing everything and making sure SC Data all services is yes in global settings and followed the instructions on Sierra website, but I'm not seeing an (M) for my Denali feed. I still have AMP for my broker if that helps.

**Update** I am now seeing the (M) I have a Daily chart that should be pulling all the way back to date range year 2016-06-27 but it is still only pulling data back about 3 months just like with AMP is there a way to pull in more than that?
