MBO Functionality not working.

Good morning. I just learned of the new MBO functionality and upgraded my Service Package to 12 today to get this feature.
I followed the instructions per: Market By Order Data

to setup. And then disconnected and reconnected to the data feed. But I am not seeing any of the orders on the ES (for which I am almost certain there must be orders > 10 even at 7:39 am). Could you please let me know what else needs to be done? I DID get confirmation of the upgrade to the new service level, so it does appear the change took in my system.

You do not have an exchange active that has Market Depth data. You need to have the Market Depth data exchange in order to get the MBO data. You can modify your exchange options here:

Just keep in mind that exchanges are not pro-rated, so anything you have already paid is done, and when you activate a new one, you pay the full amount for the remainder of the month.
