Hi Team,

I hope you are well.

I am using the Denali data feed.

I am having some issues with getting historical data on my charts. When I increase the number of days to load and/or alter the date range in my chart settings in order to go back in time to see more historical data, there are some gaps in the data.

For example, in the ES Market profile I have gone back all the way to Sept 2019,but then after 2019-09-26, the immediate next day in the market profile is showing as 2020-03-16.

Then again it goes from 2020-03-20 on one day, all the way to 2020-06-15 when I move the cursor so little infront.

It is also doing this again at times as I scroll forward in the charts.

Why is it skipping all the days and months inbetween?

Kindly request assistance.

Thanks
