I had a small disconnect with the trade server and now I have a big problem. Every time I close a trade I close it as if there was an entry a long time before (?) and my current entry shows as still being open? (see attachment, a big big mismatch.. :-(( (No line made between current entry and current close) but an trade-line between an unknown older entry(?) or price and the current close, which results in most cases in a big loss for me today!! When I check my account I have no current trades open (Trade Positions window all empty etc.. , and before each trade I press several times the flatten button. I did a reset of my computer, of SC, downloaded the last version of SC etc.., but still have the same problem. I lost over 300 ticks with this error today! So please help! Regards, |

Hi John, Thanks for your message! The first link with info did the trick, I just had to do the same thing on each chart and all worked again normal. A BIG THANK YOU! Keep Smiling, Nicolaas |
