Hello,

I do not see any data coming through to my feed, since 10:23 (CET).

Im attaching the screenshot of when the last 150 trades candle got stucked, my DOM is also frozen.

ALso I attached the image of the Message Log.

I restarted Sierra as well, same situation.

Thanks, is there any way that I could subscribe to that kind of incidents/reports/posts? I would expect to receive an email from Sierra to the customers using the datafeed with issues, so I do not need to dig into tickets.

When you see something like this the first thing to check are the Sticky posts at the top of the Support Board. If it is known issue, then it would be posted in there. Sometimes, like this one, it is just a posting, but it should be near the top of the board.
