Denali feed with full Market Depth for Nymex not working

Hi Team,

I have a denali feed with Market Depth for Nymex and although my price ladder has a "Maximum Market Depth levels" set to 0, it's not working as expected.

Is there an issue with my account ?

I tried to wait for a day but is still have not full prices.

Could you please let me know if i have missed something or if there an issue with my account? it used to work pefectly before when i had it for full CME.

Your data feed is setup properly on our end.

Refer to the following for all the places to check to ensure that you are getting all the levels:
File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels

Thanks John issue is now resolved.
I had to go to Global setting ==> SC server setting ==> Max Depth Levels = 0
