I keep getting this message that I need to connect to my live account. I followed the link that came with the message.... I thought I was always connected to my live account. can someone look at my account and let me know if theres something else I need to do

In File >> Data/Trade Service Settings your setting for Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. Therefore, you are not connected to your futures trading account.

It looks like you are with AMP, based on your Account Name, therefore you should be setup with CQG for your trading service. As such, you should have a login and password for CQG. If you do not have these, or do not remember, then you would need to ask AMP for them.

Once you have that information, then follow the Setup Instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account:

Once that is done, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will convert your symbols to the CQG symbols.
