How can I set it to not to be delayed ?
Is it evaluation of this data?
If that is the reason, please upgrade to real in-sync data

Here is the story

1. I want to use Sierra with my Rithmic accounts
2. After realizing that it is not possible to get neither historic nor book order data
3. Followed your instructions to get Denali in order to have that data and order routing,
4. Ordered package 10 for a month yesterday May 4th
5. Made a deposit for 36$ but 26$ where charged (just package 3 ) as Denali was provided as evaluation for 30 days
6. Then I saw data is delayed so It cannot be traded so I opened this ticket
7. After the response saying I have to pay for denali,
8. I tried to upgrade to package 10 for the rest 10$ but
9. The evaluation has stopped
10. The period has been shortened
11. I have exactly the same situation non realtime data and Sierra shortened in 10 days !!!

I guess the solution could be to pay double for CME data (through Rithmic and Denali) as well as to pay the extra cost of Denali, but these test are costing my money. So its time to maybe try other solutions

SO PLEASE:
extend my validation back to the whole month (as in step number 6) and the renewal date to next month

What we can do for you is change your Service Package back to Service Package 3 so you are not paying extra for the Denali data feed.

And then you can wait another two or three weeks until the new integration to Rithmic becomes available.

Let's go back to step 6 :

We have set your account back to Package 3 and your renewal date is now June 4, 2021.

You can always change your package at any time at the following link:

When you make a change, the remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
