slow data speed

i use iqfeed and fxcm data feeds (have tried both fxcm data and fxcm trading settings) Data comes in incredibly slow, it can take an hour or more for historical data for a forex pair to come in. I have a default of 90 days history set, which is reasonable i would of thought. I dont have this problem when using ensign or metatrader, where data streams in very quickly indeed. Today was incredibly frustrating so much so that closed sierra completely. Are there any settings i can tweak to allow data to be processed quicker? |

Try using port 80: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails41.html The data downloading should normally be very fast .
