Hello - I received notice that it was time to renew my data, I did last night but today I have delayed data. I am not sure what needs to be done. I was not making any changes to what I paid last month and it shows it is set to auto renew in a few days.

You changed your package from Package 10 to Package 5. In order to get the Denali data, you need to be on Package 10, Package 11, or Package 12. Therefore, you need to change back to package 10.

Once you change your package back, you will get the real-time data again. But, in the process, the Denali exchanges were deactivated for renewal. You will want to reactivate them so they renew automatically on May 1, 2021. You can do this on this page:
