New data feed (CQG) - Problems with charts

Hi, I have gone from years of using Rithmic, to now using CGQ, because of Sierra's Charts policy of not supporting Rithmic I am using AMP as a broker The contract has changed from ESM1 with Rithmic to EPM21 with CQG The charts that I have setup for years, are now behaving strangely I have an intraday chart normally showing the month's action, with a monthly VWAP However now it refuses to show me data before 26th April I have gone into chart settings and changed the date, but it just switches back to 46th April So I can not produce any charts before this date What is wrong? |

This is a limitation of CQG historical data. The only solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed rather than CQG data.
