Delayed Data but have funded accoun and CME Bundle.

Hello. I have the Sierra Package 11 with the CME Bundle and the Denali Data Feed. Today i discoverd that my Data is delayed. The settings for the Data/Trade Service seem to be correct. SC-Data is selected as Service and the option "Allow support for sierra data feeds" is yes. The fees are paid. Could you please check if i missed something or whats the Problem?

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
