My Live Data feed now says Delayed

Good morning, my live data feed (sc all services) for some reason now says delayed- my account balances is not too low and i am using the correct contract.

I set up denali live feed back in october 2020 with AMP and it is my understanding that you now use CQG? I have not done this as my account was set up through AMP. So i don't know where or what i meant to be logging into each month

Please could someone provide me with a step by step guide in order to resolve this.

Do you still have a funded trading account with AMP?
