I am are that data needs to be filtered for these products and intraday charts cannot load that many days, but it seems like there has to be a way to get to what i'm looking for.... Is it possible to load 60-90 days worth of 4hour bars? 7days worth of intraday price history is the max I can load at the moment. the issue is only with XBTUSD. XETUSD does not seem to be an issue. also, strange that it is cutting off current data and not older data. thx Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-04-24 20:29:02

Is it possible to load 60-90 days worth of 4hour bars? Yes of course. Not sure why you would have any problem. Refer to:Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data You will want to increase the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Second for performance reasons: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) After changing the above setting: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". That corrected the issue for charts without the one indicator that I use (ECIVwapV1.5). This indicator works fine on the daily time frame, but anything less than 1 day, if it loads, it'll load nothing later than 4/17 and not update. After making the changes you suggest, the chart with this indicator (even recreated from scratch) gets stuck on loading phase and does not load past 81.5%. and now, it's not loading at all. Close all of the charts you have for XBTUSD (this is not the exact symbol. We are not sure the exact symbol you are using.). And then re-download the data for that symbol following these instructions: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
We are compressing the data on the server for BitMex symbols assuming you are using a BitMex symbol, but this will still take us another 2 to 3 hours. That will reduce the amount of data transferred. So you may want to wait until we finish and do this after.
