My Tick chart is quite strange after 2 hours

Hi. I am having problems with sierrachart since April 17th. When I open sierrachart at 8 am (NY time) the tick chart is correct. Then I close Sierrachart at 10 am when I finish trading. But the second time I open the chart in a day the ticks become quite extrange, I do not know what to do.

That is caused by the CQG historical data. You really need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed to not have that occur. Refer to the information on the following page including Setup Instructions:

Ok. I just need CME non-professional top-of-book which cost 1.25$. But there is no a Sc package that includes SC package 3 and and the $1,25 datafeed
