You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:

I activated Denali, I'm connected to a live account, I have a [M] mark next to the symbol, but my data is still delayed and stuck. They do not scroll further after loading the graph. I updated Sierra, restarted all settings as instructed, but still unchanged.

Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and tell us what is entered for the Current Selected Service.

But I'm not sure if my login details are correct. In the Account Control Panel, in Affiliate ID is filled "amp", which is my broker, but in Trading Accounts only "." is filled in, but it can't be changed. My AMP account number is 105617. Can't there be a problem here?

The fact that your Service is set to SC Data - All Services means that you are not connected to your trading account. Since you are with AMP, they should have you setup to use CQG for your order routing. If you do not have your CQG information, then you will need to get with AMP to get it.

Once you have the CQG information, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

After you do the above, then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to CQG symbols.

You will also start getting the Real-Time data after you get the above completed.
