data not loading correctly

for the last two days many of my charts are no longer working properly. for example i just opened up sierra charts and the chart just opened up to the current candle. everything between now and last night does not show on my chart. also the Heiken ashi smoothed indicator just stopped working. i have restarted my computer etc, tried reloading the charts and samething continues to happen.

please help

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

hello, i have tried this and it still doesnt work. i have had a friend that is a SC expert try to figure out what is going on and cant. any possible way someone can remote in to help me out?

We need to see the entire Message Log after you have performed the "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Please copy the entire message log and post it in this thread for us to see.
