Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and tell us what your Current Selected Service is set to.

The only thing we can do is to tell you to make sure you have the Bridge files installed. Refer to the following:

The problem is that I haven't got any real-time data since April. I have AMP broker and I have always been satisfied with Sierra. What do I have to do to get the real-time data back?

The problem is that you are not able to connect to your trading account to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group.

If connecting to Rithmic is not important to you for trading, then we would recommend asking AMP to switch you to CQG for your order routing. Then you would follow these instructions to connect to your CQG account:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Once you get that done, you will then be authorized for the data.

If you would then stay connected to CQG, then you would want to update your Symbols by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Thank you for your reply.
Do you know what should I book with AMP so that I can get real-time data again: just CQG or Sierra Chart Denali CQG (No Data - Order Routing only)?

I don't know what's going on, but AMP doesn't give me any clear instructions.

You would need the one that is "Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data - Order Routing Only)". That is telling AMP that you just want CQG for order routing and that you will be getting your data from us.

Ok, do I still have to connect to the CME once a month?
If so, can I use my CQG login data, or do I have to use AMP CQG and choose package 5 from Sierra Chart?

Once you have the CQG information from AMP, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

-----
If you are going to stay connected to CQG, then do the following:
- Go through these instructions:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services

- And then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to get your symbols changed to CQG symbols.

-----

If you are NOT going to stay connected to CQG, then do the following:
- Change your Service back to whatever you need it to be.

- Once a month go through the following procedure:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

Yes, I would like to stay with Denali, but I am having trouble connecting with CME once a month. I cannot establish a test connection with CQG. Or with which datafeed should I establish the test connection?

There seems to be a misunderstanding here somewhere.

Denali is just a data feed. If offers data from the CME Group. The CME Group has a requirement that in order to get the non-professional exchange rates, you have to have a funded futures trading account. In order to establish this, we (Sierra Chart) use an electronic method such that when you connect Sierra Chart to your trading account, then we update that information in our data base and update your end-date for that connection to one month out.

The Sierra Chart Order Routing Service is a separate item from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The Sierra Chart Order Routing Service works with TT as a background trading service provider. You still need a broker that offers this option to use it. Although most brokers that support TT will support the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, except for AMP that explicitly stopped support two months ago.

All of this being said, our question back to you is - Do you have a broker already, or are you trying to find one based on the trading service offering?

Apart from AMP, I only have brokers from Germany. Can you recommend someone to work with Dinali?

If you are going to use AMP, then you will have to use the CQG order routing.

We do not know any specific brokers in Germany that have support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. If you look around and find a broker that uses TT for their order routing, then let us know and we can work with them to see if they will support the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.

Let us know what service you end up using and we will point you in the right direction.

Ok, if I use CQG as a datafeed, should I switch to package 5?

Even if you have CQG for your order routing, you do not need to get your data through them. Ask your broker if you can not pay CQG for data. Then you can continue to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

But, if you do want to change to the CQG data, then yes, you would change your Sierra Chart Service Package to Package 5. You would do this here:
