Volume based indicator question

I currently plot volume and a 10 period EMA on top of that volume. I would like a simple indicator that plots Volume/10EMA. For instance, the current 5 minute bar on CL has a volume of 177 and the EMA is at 685.77, so my new indicator would display 0.258### for however many decimals I decide to use. I would like to plot it as a bar graph. Is this easy, or is there already an indicator that can do this?
