I have been using Sierrachart through AMP with CQG CME bundle data feed.
I cannot see historical intraday data farther than the beginning of 2021.
This is the same for all the futures I am trading (metals, currencies, indexes, ags, energies)
1. Why is historical intraday data not available to me?
2. Will it be available once I start paying SC directly?

Thank you.

1. This is a limitation of the CQG historical data. Any questions about that would need to be directed to your broker.

2. This will not change by paying directly to Sierra Chart. Again, it is a CQG limitation.

The way to solve the problem is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, which is a much superior data feed and includes historical 1-tick data back to 2011. Refer to the following for more information:

Thank you,
Does CME non-professional top-of-book @ 1.25 USD / month also include historical 1-tick data back to 2011?

Yes. The historical data is what we have stored up during our time in business. It does not matter what exchange you select, that historical data is available to anyone that has a Sierra Chart subscription.
