Hello, just a quick question.

im using amp so datafeed is denali and order routing is with cqg.
i've noticed the symbol [C] in my chart header just before the [M] symbol.
what does it mean? just want to make sure before i do live trading with this new setup.

btw just want to say, since changing datafeed from cqg to denali dataflow is very noticeably smooth and my frequent disconnect with cqg is gone.
overall im very happy, keep up the good job guys.

Specifically refer to:

my frequent disconnect with cqg is gone.
You are still subject to disconnections by CQG which will interrupt the Denali Data Feed.

You are still subject to disconnections by CQG which will interrupt the Denali Data Feed.

What does that mean? Please be more specific about that
Are you saying that a user will have disconnections caused By CQG?
So it's not safe trading with CQG order routing?
We will experiment continue issues???

This is very serious!
Again please clarify this aspect
I don't want losing money or going crazy for this.

So why are you offering this combo to your customers?

What we mean is that if you have had a disconnection issue with CQG and some users have but certainly a lot less compared to years ago, that this can still happen. It is not enough just to use the Denali data feed. Probably less being there is no market data flow but it can still happen and when it happens it does interrupt the Denali data feed from the point of time that the new connection is established and the market data is reestablished to the SC data feed.

The ultimate solution is the Sierra Chart direct order routing in combination with the Denali Data Feed. We are getting close to getting that finished. And that will be the recommended solution when it is available for those trading the CME Group of markets.
