Hi My broker is AMP. I have switched to paying Sierra Chart directly. I tried to connect to my live account data feed but it's not working. I'm still getting delayed data. What can I do to fix this. Thanks.

You are setup for the Non-Professional CME exchange, but you have not connected to your funded futures trading account in order to validate your Non-Professional status. Refer to the following:

AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service about a month ago. As such, AMP should have changed your account to use CQG for order routing, in which case they would have sent you CQG credentials. If you do not have these, then talk with AMP and have them get you setup with CQG.

Once you have the CQG credentials, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart software to CQG:

If you are going to stay connected to CQG, then once you complete the above, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to update your symbols to CQG symbols.

You will still get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you will then be setup to place orders through CQG for your AMP account.
