cme exchange fees

ok i am officially and thoroughly confused about the exchange fee issue. up to now (meaning for several months) i have been using sc tick, trin, nyse adv dec issues and adv dec vol. even as early as monday of this week. today they are not working. is this a function of said new exchange fee structure? and how did i miss the part where my existing data pkg would change. did i not read the support board closely enough or was i mistakenly getting data that i should not have been receiving as a level 5 subscriber?
