I have been using Market stats $NVLF and $NSHF, they no longer work. I tried to use the newer symbols such as ADR-SP and NTCK-SP in doing this I get non-support message. I trade futures so my data feed is from OpenECry I do need the market stats while trading what do I need to do to receive this information. Thank You

I have tried that, when I do the EOC data feed changes from Open E Cry to Open E CRY fix/Fast which will not connect to the servers.

My account information has been updated with my cell number I have updated the symbols list after reading similar post and no luck with those symbols. My last log copy included the info for those symbols. I will try the symbol update again and let you know the outcome

I have preformed the symbol update and there is no change. I did notice that all of the symbols still have the $ symbol should I use the Full Reset button and what effect will it have on my charts ect.
