Replay not working correctly

Replay will not work no matter what day i go to or how far back. If i go to 70+ speed it will but anything less then that will not replay.Does anyone have a fix. I already went through all troubleshooting available. It doesnt even show the whole month of February even after deleted and re-downloaded the chart. Having trouble how do I fix this?

The problem you are having is related to the CQG data and their lack of historical data. You have to have the data in the chart in order to be able to replay it. We see that you have selected Package 10, which includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee, but you have not finished the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Using the Denali Exchange Data Feed will resolve your issue, as we have many years of historical 1-tick data available. Once the setup of the Denali Exchange Data Feed is complete, fully re-download the data in the chart following these instructions: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
