Hi,

Could we please check below (1) and (2) has been updated correctly done and all is good to trade?

(1) Within Sierra Chart, set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data-All Services.

(2) And then translate the symbols for your Chartbooks with this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)



Also, what day of month is bill due and how can i update credit card on file for below?

Also, on Sierra Chart doesn't reflect correct balance from AMP

AMP stopped supporting the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service about a month ago, so they should have moved you to CQG for your order routing. If you do not have your CQG information, then check with AMP to get the information.

Once you have that, then follow these instructions to setup your Sierra Chart to CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

After you finish the setup to CQG, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will translate your symbols to CQG symbols.

After you do this, then you would be ready to place trades, and your Account Balance will show properly.
