Hello, The quotation of XRP.USD perpetual futures in BitMEX seems to be wrong. In BitMEX, the minimum price increment of this futures contract is 0.0001 USD, but it appears to be 0.01 USD on Sierra Chart. Hello, I followed the instruction and the price can display correctly like in the previous versions. However, the DOM chart still has some problem. Following the instruction, the price display of DOM chart is now to the correct 4th decimal, but the volume of the buy and sell orders does not match those appeared in BitMEX. There has not been such a problem in the previous versions. How to solve this? Can you fix it in the upcoming version? |

Hello, I am facing the same problem with the DOGE.USDT perpetual futures contracts in BitMEX now as I was with the XRP.USD futures contracts. The minimum price increment of this futures contract is 0.00001 USD, but it appears to be 0.01 USD on Sierra Chart. The DOM is affected as well. The XRP.USD problem was solved after the update.
