                Hello, I am not able to connect to Transact WS Trading. All was well till this morning, but then there was space issue. I cleared up some files and then when I relaunched Sierra Chart, it said I cannot connect to Transact WS Trading. I have verified with Transact and they say everything is fine from their end. Please help me urgently. Here is the screen shot of error message I am getting.  |

                It looks like you may have accidentally deleted your Accounts4.config file. It is not a problem. Just go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and enter your TransAct credentials on that page. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:  Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing  |

                I have but its still not taking it. And my username and password for Transact are correct too. Still the same error.

                Called and talked with customer. He was missing the information in the "Account Number" field.
