Hi SC, With 1 account, is it possible to run Sierra Charts with live data on 2 computers with different data feeds? Computer 1 would use Interactive Brokers and computer 2 would use Denali. |

You can do this without any issues or additional fees. You are allowed to have Sierra Chart running on 2 different computers at the same time. Are there any extra steps to enable having live data on both computers with different feeds? Computer 2 with Denali has updating prices but computer 1 with Interactive Brokers feed is not updating at all

On the computer on which you want to get IB data make sure the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to No. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
