Hi, I have activated my account today and the FX charts seem to be working fine but I've activated the Eurex data package and the dax and fdax charts are coming up completely black and at the top of the chart there is no letter m after the chart name. The set-up instructions state if this happens to contact sierra support who may need to do the symbol mapping for these symbols so please could you do this? As a secondary question will I need to contact you every time I need a new symbol mapped or do you just map all symbols for the Eurex exchange? Many thanks in advance |

It sounds like you are not using the Find Symbol window to select the proper symbol for your Service and open the Chart through that window.
