Bump. To clarify, ICEUS has a futures contract called the "Bakkt Bitcoin Monthly" Symbol BTM which is not currently listed on Sierra as an available symbol. Can you please add? Thanks |

Lastly, ICE is not charging Data fees for it currently. So the realtime data is free

We really apologize, we did not complete this when we said we would. It has now been done. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings You will see the symbol listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-ICE US. The problem is that we cannot provide the real-time data. Only the historical data is available to you. There complexity and cost related to providing the real-time data from ICE without paying the exchange fee. It is not something we can allocate time to. Historical data is fine. I updated the symbol settings and can find the symbol, however nothing appears to download. All i see is a blank screen.

Hello I can indeed find the symbol now, however no data is available when you try to chart. The exchange spreads function is also not working. As I mentioned previously, I do not need real time data but only historical. Thanks |

Are there spreads for the crypto currencies on the ICE exchange? The historical Intraday data will only start as of the time we set this up. Although we can try to pull in more. We will try to get to it this evening.
