Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings You will see the symbol listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-ICE US. The problem is that we cannot provide the real-time data. Only the historical data is available to you. There complexity and cost related to providing the real-time data from ICE without paying the exchange fee. It is not something we can allocate time to.
