I am trying to make a payment as I transfer over to direct w sierra, but when i get to the services page and choose the plan I want, their is no prompt to enter payment info. What is the issue ? My account was just created and I am looking for real time data immediately. Can you also let me know if the denlai feed for plan 11 gives me everything in real time or do i need to purchase other feeds ? Please advise. |

I am able to get to the page you referenced to make payment, but there is no link to actually process the payment info, or at least i cant find it. I have clicked on every link on the page. Please advise with ascreenshot what link I click on. I dont know why this is so difficult , as I would like to pay you.

Refer to the image attached. You enter the amount you want to pay at the top of the page then select the "Pay" button for the payment method you want to use (Stripe or PayPal). Choose one payment method, not both.
