Hello,
please could you help me set a price?
I use "Denali Exchange Data Feed". Everything should be set right:
- Data trade service setting
- Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds
- Chart Setting - Symbols, Tick Size and so on...

I have got Real-time data (time is corrent, is not delayed), but price is shifted by 10 points. For example on cme website is price 3963 and I see in SCH 3953. Everything is shifted by 10 points (OHLC).

Most likely your chart is not scrolled all the way to the right so that you are looking at the most recent bar. Refer to the following for how to know if you are at the far right end of the chart:
Working With Charts: Chart Settings Indicators at Lower Right of Chart

If the above is not the issue then we would need to see a screenshot of your chart. Refer to the following to get us a screenshot:

Is it just that one bar?

What are the OHLC values of that bar?

When we look at that bar (03-15-2021 14:45:00 CDT) in your image versus what we have, they look very similar. And we compared the data we have against Yahoo Finance and they are exactly the same for that bar.

One thing you can do is to Delete the Data and Redownload from before where you are having a problem. This will redownload the data. Refer to the following:

Here is screen of that bar with Chart Values:

All bars are shifted. Mostly high, but sometimes other values. Mostly by 10 points.

I tried delete and redownload data, but it didn't help. Update symbol from server also not.

We think you are comparing to the wrong contract.

Here is what we see for that particular bar in image 1615994165684 on our system:

Which matches exactly what you have in your image.

And the attached image shows the information from the CME Group for the same bar for the same MESM21 contract. Which matches exactly to your data and our data.

So all 3 are showing the exact same information.

Yes, you are right. I am sorry. I looked at wrong contract month on cme website.
