Sierra slowed down all of the sudden and it is getting worse

HI,
I did go over this link High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often and the problem is also not just the study. Everythink has been slow for me all of teh sudden. My system a few days ago was very fast and I haven't changed anything. I need help. Can someone jump on a call with me please? I will pay the fee.
