My SC RT Futures data feed will not update unless I disconnect/reconnect and appears to be 10 minutes delayed. The following was recorded in the message log at the same time: IB: Requesting historical order fills for account U4642723 | 2014-03-02 22:30:43 Interactive Brokers: Received Open orders end message. | 2014-03-02 22:30:43 Requesting market depth updates for: YM-201403-ECBOT if supported. | 2014-03-02 22:30:43 Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: YM-201403-ECBOT. Exchange not authorized. | 2014-03-02 22:30:43 Could this be related to the fact that additional use balance was too low on renewal date, and when I topped up and reactivated it is subjecting me to the exchange fee? Yes. For now activate the CME exchange for the time being. We will see if we can get you the exchange fee waiver. We assume this is not a problem, but I do not know what is involved or how the CME interprets this.

Ok I just paid the exchange fee, so anything that can be done for a waiver is definitely appreciated
