My SC RT Futures data feed will not update unless I disconnect/reconnect and appears to be 10 minutes delayed. The following was recorded in the message log at the same time: IB: Requesting historical order fills for account U4642723 | 2014-03-02 22:30:43 Interactive Brokers: Received Open orders end message. | 2014-03-02 22:30:43 Requesting market depth updates for: YM-201403-ECBOT if supported. | 2014-03-02 22:30:43 Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: YM-201403-ECBOT. Exchange not authorized. | 2014-03-02 22:30:43 Could this be related to the fact that additional use balance was too low on renewal date, and when I topped up and reactivated it is subjecting me to the exchange fee?
