new cqg user - still no data feed. tried everything

No dat feed. tried everything including support from CQG and G7FX. symbol (example) F.U.EPH21 ; no volume at other symbols either. got after çonnecting data feed" next two messages 1. Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Requested symbol was not found 2. Download failed. error downloading historical intraday data for F.U.EPH21. The symbol is unknowwn to the server what can i do now?? i thought i was using right symbols? |

That symbol is not correct, it is missing an S. The symbol should be F.US.EPH21. Also, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to ensure that all your charts are set to the correct symbols. i did the edit and new symbols. all symbols are using F.US. but still no volume in the quote board or data in the message log i got message : F.US.EPH21 is unknown , unavailable, or improved format. ?? |
