Bought Package 5 a couple of days ago now nothing works

Hi,

I bought package 5 the other day and now my charts froze this morning and despite restarting nothing works anymore, not too sure what's going on?

Can you give us some more information on what is or is not happening? Is the data not updating? Are you not able to interact with the software? Are some things updating, but not others? What exactly isn't working?

No data loading, getting 'symbol unknown' error messages in an orange box and also a red came up but missed what is said before it went off screen. I usually have a chart but there's nothing on the screen anymore and the dom hasn't got any information on it either.

Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service, as it sounds like your symbols are not correct. Let us know if this does not resolve your issue.

I thought having Package 5 included a data feed of some sort, I tried to enable Denali and it said with my current package I was unable to

We need to change your Service Package to 11 or you can do that following the instructions below.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
