Currently I am a client of AMP with CQG data. I am paying $31.00/Mo. for data and receiving Sierra Charts package 3 for free. If I choose package 3 with Denali data feed from the Sierra Charts site which is a total of $36.00/mo. will this still route orders through my broker (AMP) and are their any additional fees that will come in to play. I have read through the NOTICE emailed to me and the Packages page on your website and it is not very clear. I would like to keep AMP as my broker and keep Sierra Charts as my charting software. Even after reading your support information I am not clear on what needs to be done to make this transition and what the final cost per month will be. Please advise.

There is no issue keeping AMP as your broker and continuing to use Sierra Chart software. In general, refer to the information here: Notice: Transition to Direct Sierra Chart Billing For SC Accounts through Broker The only difference from what you state is that you will be using Package 10 and not Package 3. The cost for Package 10 is the $36.00 USD per month that you have stated and then the additional cost for the exchange. There are no other fees that you would incur. Thank you. I guess my question I am still confused about is the cost of the exchange. What is that? I thought Denali was the Exchange Data ($10.00 /Mo) however if you look at the attached image it says: Includes the Denali EXCHANGE Data Feed. Exchange fees are still an extra cost. For the record I think I want to do package 11 and pay the 6 month interval to get the discount. See attached image file. It says if I pay the 6 Month rate it breaks down to $36.80/ Month. Does THIS include the cost for exchange to speak of? or is that my total bill monthly? In short if the Denali Exchange data is not the cost for the exchange what exactly is that and what do I have to do to set it up? Sorry this is just very confusing for me!

The data feeds are made up of two components. One is the cost of the data feed itself, which covers our cost of development, maintenance, etc. The other is the cost of the exchanges which goes to the exchanges themselves. Package 11 includes the Denali Data Feed Fee, which is $10.00. This is discountable with the multi-month options. The exchange fees are not discountable and are paid on a monthly basis. Thank you. I'm getting a headache from clicking through all the hyperlinks trying to completely understand this. So final question. Will I still continue to log in with my AMP account number on the initial log in then use SC information some how on the Data/Trade Service Settings? Would my Sierra Log IN (used on the website) be the information used for this? Just trying to figure out how my AMP account stays linked to fund my trades. I do apologize for asking so many questions, I know all the details are within the support somewhere but I'm getting lost trying to find them! Thanks in advance. Would be willing to pay .75 a minute to have someone contact me and help me get this set up and done with!

You need to continue to login to your Sierra Chart software with the account you received from AMP (AC133269). You should also login to this Support Board using that same Account Name.
