Real-time data issue w/ SC Futures order routing/data(trading) on Sim / 2nd instance

Hi there,

I noticed real-time data is not coming through my account, on Sim, when using SC Futures Order Routing/Data(trading) on a 2nd instance of SC. Everything is fine on my 1st instance, using live mode.

I was using SC version 2230, and then updated to version 2238, but this issue seems to persist. In addition to that, I tried to delete and download data from Yesterday until today(in this same 2nd instance), but no success with that.

Could you verify my account in order to check if there are any issues with it? Also, let me know if you need me to post the message log too.

This seems to be resolved.

I had my first instance on version 2230 and my second one, on version 2238, as mentioned above. Instantly after I updated my first instance to 2238, real-time data started to come through the second one.

I see I needed all instances under the same version.
