Hi, I received the news from my broker (AMP) that I will have now to pay directly to sierra for Package 5 and denali.

I have 3 sub-accounts in my broker that I use simultaneously real time data in 3 different computers for different strategies in different sierra accounts.

My question is if I can pay for one sierra account, pay for the package 11 (that includes denali), pay for 3 CME fees ($10.40 for non-professional) and trade my 3 subaccounts in AMP.

Thank you.

If you can do this on 2 computer then you can do what you want. The CME Group has rules about what is considered a Non-Professional, and part of that is that you can only have data going to 2 different computers at one time (3 is not allowed). At the same time though, you can have 2 connections to the data feed from the same computer.

Therefore, if you install Sierra Chart twice on one computer an once on another, then what you suggest will work.

If you have to have it on all 3 then you would either need to pay for the Professional exchange fees, or you would need a second Sierra Chart account for the 3rd computer.

It is most cost-effective to use one computer for everything.

Also all of your subaccounts can be placed onto one trading connection. In which case you would just use one installation of Sierra Chart.

The thing is I need at least 2 computers running in paralel. I tested using the same Sierra Account in both computers, both connect but one receives real time data and the other stucks at the time I open the program. Do I need to pay 2 CME connections in one account?

In order to use 2 computers at the same time you will need to pay for an extra Exchange connection. It is just the cost of the exchange that you have to pay for twice, not the data feed fee. Refer to the information here:
