I am not able to connect the Sierra Chart to the data feed. I changed from level 5 to level service package today. I have been in contact with TransAct support to correct the problem.

Is the account that you have logged into this Support Board with the account for which you are wanting data?

Exactly what data are you wanting? Do you require Real-Time data?

Try connecting to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed.
