If I switch my data to use T4. Are positions correct on the charts/DOM? I can leave CQG since it is a issue using them.

Please do not create more problems for yourself and for us. We definitively do not want you to use CTS market data. Only use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data.

Please do not make a mistake here. Take our advice and do not ignore us.

Regarding using CTS for trading, we really recommend you stay with CQG because we plan to discontinue support for CTS by the end of 2021. Also be aware of:

Can you tell us the specific problem with CQG regarding positions. It is quite rare we hear about any position reporting issues with CQG and if there are, simple reconnect to the data feed will resolve. If you have an issue regarding position average price we can help you with that.

Are you holding overnight positions and for how long?

I am holding positions overnight and sometime I hold for 2-3 weeks on certain accounts. I would need the avg price to be reported as FIFO. No issues during day trading account. Issue only occurs when holding overnight or over the weekend. Prices do not match at all on what is displayed on the DOM. It wouldn't even match what CQG has, as I also have CQG Desktop as a backup.

What data would you want me to get to get the DOM to show the current position at all times, whether it be overnight or day trade. In the past, I had it be completely avg price show 100 points difference when I had CQG. I had TTfix with Denali data, but I do not want the routing to be charged from my card. I would want that direct from each account, that is a must for me. Connectivity issues is what I had when I had TTFix this was a few months ago. So I ended up leaving it and going back to CQG with MotiveWave. I rather trade direct from Sierra as it is just much better platform for charting/DOM.

We are discussing this with your broker.

We can do that through Dorman where you have the account. We will set this up. We will work with your broker on that.

Connectivity issues is what I had when I had TTFix this was a few months ago.
This is surprising to us unless it is something on the TT side. There are several different servers that you can choose from:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#ServerTable

Your broker has set up one of your accounts on the Sierra Chart order routing service at this time. In the chart or Trading DOM where you want to see the average price, set this setting:
Chart Settings: Open Position Average Price (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

to Use First In First Out Fill Matching

And then set this setting, to the date that the position started at.
Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

You do not need to change this once it is set. It can be at any date in the past, which is at or before when the position began. Also make sure this setting is enabled:
Chart Settings: Filter Initial Fills Which Are Part of Existing Position (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

Finally, when using the Sierra Chart order routing service, the Average Price you see on the Trade Positions Window uses a different averaging calculation method and is not FIFO.

Hi, I am just checking in to see if you have or when the routing fee will be changed to be taken out directly from the trading account. Will this be done today?
